摘要
研究了碱/ 重烷基苯磺酸盐( H A B S)/ 大庆原油及苏北原油体系的动态和平衡界面张力特性。结果表明,在一定的碱浓度范围内,碱/ H A B S/ 原油体系的动态界面张力呈现出明显的最低现象,动态界面张力最低点可达10 - 3 —10 - 5 m N/ m 数量级,而平衡界面张力只能达到10 - 3 m N/ m 数量级。过低或过高的碱浓度将导致高平衡界面张力。采用 Na O H Na4 P O4 复合碱优于使用单一 Na O H。通过调整 H A B S 配方和采用复合碱,对大庆一厂原油和苏北原油,分别可在0 .3 % —1 .0 % 和0 .4 % —1 .2 % 总碱浓度范围内获得10 - 3 m N/ m 数量级的超低平衡界面张力。碱/ H A B S/ 原油体系的平衡界面张力还与 H A B S 浓度有关,对大庆油田不同区域原油和苏北原油,获得超低平衡界面张力的浓度范围大约为0 .1 % —0 .4 % H A B S。 H A B S 具有优良的表面活性和低廉的价格,可望成为较理想的复合驱用表面活性剂。
The dynamic interfacial tension(IFT) between alkaline/heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate (HABS) aqueous soltuions and crude oils of Daqing and Subei is studied. It is shown that in certain range of alkaline concentrations minimum IFT values as low as 10 -3 —10 -5 mN/m and equilibrium IFT values of 10 -3 —10 -5 mN/m can be reached. As aklaline additive, NaOH+Na 4PO 4 are better than single NaOH. Ultralow equilibrium IFTs of order 10 -3 mN/m are obtained with mixed alakaline concentrations ranged in 0.3—1.0% for crude oil of No 1 Daqing production factory and in 0.4—1.2% for Subei crude oil. The proper HABS concentrations are in range 0.1—0.4%. With good interfacial activity and low price, HABS might be an usable surfactant for ASP flooding.
