摘要
阐述了聚能切割器中聚能切割弹结构(装药结构、弹壳结构、药型罩结构)的设计特点,分析了炸高、间隙等重要影响因素。大量研究和试验表明:聚能切割弹结构决定着药型罩在炸药爆轰波作用下形成的射流形态及其具有的冲量。射流形态愈好,冲量愈大,切割效果愈好,切口整齐。
The design features of the shaped
charge cuttingbullet (i.e. the configuration of charge loading, charge case and liner) in
jet cutters are illustrated. Such important influence factors as standoff and gap, etc. are
analysed. Test result proves that the configuration of the shaped charge cuttingbullet
determines the jet conformation and its impact formed under the action of detonation
wave on the liner. The better the jet configuration, the more mighty the impact and the
more desirable the cutting effect, i.e. the more regular the incision is, and hence, the
less damage to the noncutting objects.
