摘要
本文首先论述了从经验决策到科学决策的必要性,然后简介了多目标决策的发展历史和应用概况,重点分析了最近十几年以来多目标决策迅速发展的原因。本文结论是:为了实现决策科学化,必须高度重视多目标决策的研究和应用。
The necessity of substituting experience decision making by scientific decision making is discussed in this paper, and the history and applications of multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) are briefly illustrated. Especially, the reasons which MCDM develops rapidly in the decades are in detail analysed. It is in the paper concluded the research and use of MCDM must be highly emphasized in order to make decision making become a science.
