摘要
广东茶叶质量安全技术体系和管理体系的建立,是提升广东茶叶质量安全的战略途径和支持体系。通过实施茶产业振兴工程、龙头企业培育引进工程、茶叶标准工程、茶叶品牌工程、茶叶绿色工程等"五大工程",构建茶叶质量安全提升战略。充分发挥政府和民间组织作用,加强法规建设、加强资金投入、加强茶业民间组织的作用,推广应用现代生产模式;加强茶业信息化建设、加强茶文化建设,构建茶叶质量安全支持体系。
Establishment of technical system safety in Guangdong and tea quality management system is to enhance the quality safety of tea in Guangdong strategic approach and support system.Revitalization projects through the implementation of the tea industry,leading enterprises in fostering the introduction of engineering,the standard works of tea,tea brand engineering,green tea engineering,＂five project＂ improving the quality safety of building tea.Give full play to the role of government and civil society organizations to strengthen the laws,and enhance capital investment,strengthening the role of civil society organizations tea industry to promote the application of modern production and the strengthening of the tea industry information,and strengthening the tea culture,tea,building quality safety support system.
