摘要
[目的]测定黑龙江野生中华稻蝗体内矿物元素的含量。[方法]利用火焰原子吸收光谱法分析蝗虫体内矿物元素(Na、K、Ca、Mg、Zn)的含量。[结果]中华稻蝗体内矿物元素Na、K、Ca、Mg、Zn的含量分别为22.77、11.87、3.21、2.79、0.45 mg/g,回收率为97.70%~105.00%。[结论]黑龙江野生中华稻蝗可以增加人体缺乏的矿物元素。火焰原子吸收光谱法灵敏度高、分析速度快、消除干扰能力强,又可降低成本。
[Objective] The aim was to determine the trace elements of Na,K,Ca,Mg,Zn in the northeast wild Red Oxya Chinensis [Methods] The practical element(Na,K,Ca,Mg,Zn) contents of the locust were analyzed by using flame and atomic absorption spectrometry.[Results] The trace element of Na,K,Ca,Mg,Zn in the northeast wild red Oxya Chinensis was22.77、11.87、3,21、2.79、0.45mg/g respectively,and the recovery rate ranged from 97.20% to 105.00%..[Conclusion] The northeast wild red Oxya Chinensis could supply lost trace elements for human body.The flame and atomic absorption spectrometry had quick analysis speed,strong ability of dispelling interference,high sensitivity,and could reduce the cost.
