摘要
目的探讨LEEP刀治疗宫颈疾病的临床应用价值。方法对初步诊断为不同类型宫颈疾病且要求物理治疗的患者295例进行LEEP刀宫颈环切或锥切治疗,并跟踪观察。结果通过对295例患者的观察,LEEP刀治疗宫颈疾病一次性成功率高,286例(97%),显效9例(3%),总有效率为100%。结论该法手术时间短,操作简单易行,且可提供完整的病理标本,降低了宫颈癌的误诊率和漏诊率。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of LEEP knife in the treatment of cervical disease.Methods 295 cases,who were initial diagnosed different types cervical disease and required physical therapy,were performed cervical LEEP knife circumcision or vertebral resection.All cases were followed-up.Results LEEP knife had high one-time success rate with cured rate 97%（286 cases） in the treatment of cervical disease,9 cases were marked effect（3%）,the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The method could reduc the rate of misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of cervical cancer with short operation time,simple operation,and it can provide complete pathological specimens.
