摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜在子宫内膜息肉诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法对宫腔镜下确诊子宫内膜息肉并行宫腔镜电切除术72例进行分析。结果 72例宫腔镜诊断的子宫内膜息肉均与病理结果相符,符合率100%,无并发症。术后随访12个月,无复发。结论宫腔镜可直观病灶,是诊断子宫内膜息肉的最佳方法;宫腔镜电切术是治疗该病的首选方法。
Objective To study the clinical value of hysteroscope in diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods 72 cases of such patients were observed.All patients were confirmed with hysteroscope and hysteroscopic electrosection were performed.Results The diagnoses of endometrial polyps by hysteroscope were consistent with pathological results.The coincidence rate was 100 percent and no complication occurred.There was no recurrence occurred with 12 months follow-up.Conclusion The lesions can observed directly by Hysteroscope and It would be served as the best standard in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps.Hysterosopic electrosection maybe the first choice in the treatment of endometrial polyps.
