摘要
目的了解普洱市医院围术期临床用血合理性情况。方法对普洱市医院2007-01～2010-01间,1942例围术期患者的输血合理性进行分析评估。结果红细胞、血浆合理性输注比例分别为66.40%、27.06%,"少量血"和"搭配血"比例分别为46.04%、51.14%。结论普洱市医院围术期输血患者存在较严重的不合理用血现象。
Objective To understand the perioperative clinical transfusion rationality in Puer city people＇s hospital.Methods To analyze transfusion rationality of 1 942 cases of perioperative patients in Puer city people＇s hospital from January 2007 to January 2010.Results Ratio of transfusion rationality of RBC,plasma was 66.40%,27.06% in respectively.ratio of＂small amount of blood＂and ＂with blood＂were 46.04% 、51.14% in respectively.Conclusion There might be unreasonable transfusion of perioperative patients in Puer city people＇s hospital.
