摘要
目的探讨膀胱阴道瘘的诊断、手术时机和手术要点。方法 17例膀胱阴道瘘的患者,均经膀胱镜检查和膀胱亚甲蓝试验确诊,于损伤发生后的3～6个月经膀胱手术径路行修补术。结果 17例手术均获成功,无并发症,术后随访6～12个月,无复发。结论膀胱阴道瘘的治疗效果与术前完备的检查和术中的仔细解剖有密切关系。
Objective To explore the diagnosis,the best time and the key points of vesicovaginal fistula（VVF） operation. Methods 17 cases with VVF were exactly diagnosed by cystoscopy and bladder achard and castaigne＇s test letter.All cases were performed kposthesis via bladder surgical route in three to six months after injury. Results 17 cases were cured by operation and no other complications recurred within 6 to 12 months follow up period. Conclusion The effect of vesicovaginal fistula,has closely relation with complete examination before surgery and careful dissection in operation.
