中青年短暂性脑缺血发作患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与颅内外动脉狭窄的相关性研究 被引量:5

The Relationship between the Plasma Level of Homocysteine and Intracranial and Extracranial Arterial Stenosis in Young and Middle-aged Patients with Transient Ischemic Attack(TIA)

摘要 目的探讨中青年短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与颅内外动脉狭窄的关系。方法对85例TIA患者应用数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查,根据其狭窄程度分组,采用循环酶法检测各组TIA患者血浆Hcy水平,对血浆Hcy水平与颅内外动脉狭窄程度进行相关性分析。结果中青年TIA患者颅内动脉狭窄组血浆Hcy浓度平均为18.51(14.69~25.63)μmol/L,明显高于无血管狭窄组12.60(9.8~15.20)μmol/L(P<0.05);颈内动脉狭窄组与无血管狭窄组血浆Hcy浓度差异无统计学意义。结论中青年TIA患者中,颅内动脉狭窄可能与血浆Hcy水平升高有关。 Objective To study the relationship between plasma homocysteine level and intracranial and extracranial arterial stenosis in young and middle-aged patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA). Methods Total 85 patients with TIA were checked by DSA.Their plasma homocysteine level were detected by using automatic biochemical analyzer by enzymatic cycle detection.To analyze the correlation between their homocysteine(Hcy) level and intracranial and extracranial arterial stenosis. Results Mean plasma Hcy concentrations 18.51(14.69 ~25.63)μmol/L were significantly higher in patients with intracranial arterial stenosis than that in the patients with no arterial stenosis 12.60(9.8~15.20)μmol/L(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the concentrations of plasma Hcy between the patients with the intemal carotid arteries(ICA) sterosis and no arterial sterosis. Conclusion The plasma homocysteine level was positively correlated to intracranial arterial stenosis in young and middle-aged patients with TIA.
