摘要
介绍了宝钢电厂350 MW湿式脱硫方法烟气中脱硫及烟尘检测、控制的设计特点,讨论了CEMS测试数据及智能分析,通过GPRS实现与市环保局实时通信。就该系统在运行应用方面存在的问题提出改进建议。
The characteristics of the 350MW wet Flue Gas Desulphurization（FGD）and control system in BAO Steel Power Plant are introduced in this paper.The intellectualized quantitative analysis of CEMS,and the real-time communication with Shanghai Municipal Environment Monitoring Center through GPRS are mainly described.The merits and demerits of the CEMS system are thus analyzed,and retrofit suggestions on the technological development in the future are put forward.
