摘要
电网运行绩效指标体系是对电网运行评价的关键环节,但目前电网运行绩效指标散见于国内外文献,缺乏对电网运行系统的、全方位的指标体系研究。对国内外常用的电网运行绩效指标,尤其是大电网实际采用的绩效指标进行了综述,根据国外电网绩效考核趋势和我国区域电网实际情况,依据SMART原则,提出输电网运行绩效指标体系,据此对华东电网2009年运行情况进行了初步的分析和评价。
Performance Index System is the key to assessing the operation of regional power grid.However,the performance index has not been studied systematically and comprehensively in published literature nationwide and worldwide.This paper outlines the performance index commonly used in power grids at home and abroad,especially the bulk power systems.And in light of the real situation of our regional power systems and the development trend of international performance index system,the performance index system for transmission network is proposed on the basis of SMART principles.Accordingly,based on this performance index,the paper makes a preliminary performance analysis and assessment of East China power grid in 2009.
