实地调研内部因素和外部因素对配电网运行的不确定因素进行识别,归纳出配电网运行风险的13类风险因素;统计数据建立了基于故障频次和风险损失程度的风险损失值的计算公式;对配电网运行的风险进行定量评估;分析找出运行风险的本质原因,为电网公司的管理提供参考。
The spot investigation has been made to identify the internal and external uncertain factors influencing the distribution network operation.The risk factors of 13 categories are generalized.Using enormous statistical data,the paper establishes the calculation formula of risk loss value based on the failure frequency and the risk loss degree,and makes quantitative assessment of the operation risk of distribution network.In-depth analysis is made to identify the nature of operation risks,which provides a reference for the management of power grid companies.
