摘要
基于世博会供电保障运行管理工作的需求,研究并实现了世博供电保障管理系统,建立了快速响应、统一指挥、系统联动、有效处置的大型保电管理新模式。着重描述了信息化供电保障管理系统的主要建设目标、设计方案、体系架构、功能及创新点,并对其应用和推广前景进行了展望。该系统在世博供电保障工作发挥了重要作用。
Power supply security management system for Shanghai Expo is designed and implement to meet the requirements of Power security management for Shanghai Expo,Establishing a new management mode of large Power supply security,which responses rapid,commands unified,linkage and effective.This paper illustrates the design schemes,system architecture,key technology and Innovations of the system.The Power security management system for Shanghai Expo has been put into effect in the Power supply security management for Shanghai Expo.
