摘要
为开展以基因重组血红蛋白为基础的血液代用品研究,我们首先用PCR 突变法扩增出含血红蛋白α、β珠蛋白的串联基因片段,经测序表明,所克隆的α、β基因符合预期设计结果,未发生意外突变。
In order to research blood substitute based on recombinant hemoglobin,we got ligation genes of α、β globin with PCR.The Result of sequences indicated that they are same with the published ones and no unexpected mutation.
