摘要
透明质酸是一种酸性粘多糖,其特有的粘弹性和保湿性已被用于医药与化妆品的生产中。本文以黄牛眼睛为材料,通过提取,除杂质、有机溶剂沉淀等步骤进行透明质酸的制备,并对其性质进行鉴定,表明用此方法制备的透明质酸基本达到了市场的要求,而且此工艺简单,成本低廉。
Hyaluronate is a kina of acid mulopllysaccharides, Ist special is used in mediline and cosmetic.We use buffalo’s eyes to produce hyaluronate by extracting,separating and purifieating.Then we tested the guality of our produet.The result basically meet the need of the aulity in marbet,Moreover,the procers is scinple and the cost is low.
