摘要
川西北牧区目前出现生产力下降、水土流失、沙漠化等严重退化现象,生态整治已势在必行。因此应坚持可持续发展、草畜综合治理的原则,调整畜群结构,加强草原法制管理,切实加强组织协调,加大资金和科技投入力度,对川西北草地生态环境进行综合整治。
The decline of productive forces,soil erosion and grassland degeneration existed in the pastoral area of northwest Sichuan.It was necessary to carry out comprehensive harness on the ecological environment.Some measures such as adjusting composition of livestock or poultry was pointedout.
