摘要
为了理顺经济关系研究改革措施的出台对宏观经济影响,国务院经济技术社会发展研究中心与清华大学一起,使用计量经济学的方法,共同研制了“宏观经济年度预测分析模型”。该模型分为七个子模型,它们是:生产供给子模型,财政分配子模型,信贷收支子模型,预算外资金子模型,居民货币收入子模型,社会总需求子模型,国际收支子模型。笔者独立完成了财政分配子模型的研制工作,以下就此子模型的理论依据,设计及应用作些探讨。
Based on the analysis of the origin and development of the financial distribution in china and the analysis of the connections between finance and supply, demand, and banking, the author establishes a financial distribution model and makes some simulations as follows on the basis of the model:
[1] The influence on the state revenue and expenditure caused by the adjustment of price and tax. and the analysis of the finance policies.
[2] The influence on the industrial structures and the state revenue and expenditure caused by the adjustment price and tax. Finally, Some profitable suggestions are proposed.
