摘要
目的在肿瘤治疗中癌性疼痛的治疗是急需解决的问题之一。奥施康定(盐酸羟考酮控释片)是新型的半合成纯阿片受体激动剂,具有双向吸收模式,药物可以迅速释放以促使药物早期吸收,之后出现一段较长的吸收时相以保证在12 h内的有效血药浓度。本文观察奥施康定在中、重度癌性疼痛患者治疗中的用法、止痛效果及不良反应。方法对滨州医学院附属医院2009年1月-2010年1月期间被确诊的癌性疼痛住院患者进行筛查,采用数字评估法(VAS)确定其中128例为中重度癌性疼痛患者作为观察组给予口服北京萌蒂制药有限公司生产的奥施康定,剂型为10mg。观察用药后疼痛缓解情况、药物成瘾性及主要不良反应。结果疼痛有效缓解率为96.9%、无药物成瘾病例发生、主要不良反应为阿片类药物共有的常见反应,未出现严重不良反应。结论按个体化口服奥施康定控制中重度癌性疼痛,能有效地解除大部分癌症患者的疼痛,从而提高他们的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the dose,effects and side-effects of Oxycontin on the moderate and severe cancer pain.Methods During January 2009 through January 2010,128 cancer patients with moderate and severe pain were studied.The cases’ pain was assessed by digital assessment method.Oxycontin was produced by Beijing Mundipharma Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd,10 mg/tablet.The pain relief effects,drug addiction,and major side-effects were observed.Results The pain relief rate was 96.9%.No drug addiction occurred and the side-effects were just like those of opioids.No severe side-effects occurred.Conclusion Oxycontin can relieve cancer pain in patients with moderate and severe pain and improve the quality of life by individualized medicine
