摘要
聘用护士的管理是军队体制编制改革后军队医院面临的一个问题,在军人护士大幅度减员、大量聘用地方护士的这种特殊时期,管理聘用护士是一个难点。本文在剖析管理聘用护士的难点的基础上,提出相应的管理方法。
The management of employed nurses is a new key part for the military hospital after the military system reformed,in which time the military nurses were transferred to civilian work greatly.In this paper,the difficulties in the management of the employed nurses were analyzed and the countermeasures were proposed.
