摘要
本文从目前专科医疗模式的主要问题和分析出发,对世界上现行的专科医疗模式进行比较,提出专科医疗连续体的概念、组织形式和管理机制,希望通过区域内专科医疗资源的优化整合和利益分配机制调整,使优质医疗资源下沉到社区卫生机构,有效提高专科医疗服务质量,控制医疗费用过快增长。
The main specialized medical service modes were analyzed,and the continuous service mode was proposed from the concept,the organization and management mechanism,in which the specialized medical resources can be optimized in a region,and the high quality resources will reach the community service institutions.With this mode,the service quality will be improved and the expenses can be controlled.
