摘要 乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染是全球性的卫生问题,目前认为核苷类药物能够有效地控制HBV的复制,缓解及控制乙型肝炎的进展。其中具有代表性的药物恩替卡韦(ETV)是一种强有力的抗病毒药物,具有高效性及良好的耐受性的特点,
