摘要 通过缩短混凝土受扰期、减少表面裂缝和提高自愈合率来提高混凝土的抗扰动性能.结果表明:贯入阻力为3.5~28.0 MPa时,混凝土受扰后的强度大幅降低,这时采用调凝型功能外加剂来缩短混凝土受扰期可取得良好效果;抗裂增韧外加剂对混凝土表面裂缝有一定的控制作用;掺入适量膨胀剂可显著改善混凝土的自愈合率. Currently there has been crowd traffic in China.A lot of bridges needs to be repaired in the condition without interrupting the traffic,so the research on the disturbance resistance of concrete has great economical significance and application value.Three techniques were used to improve the disturbance resistance of concrete which are able to shorten the disturbance period of the concrete by construction,so that concrete surface cracks can be reduced and concrete rate of self-healing can be increased.The result shows that when the penetration resistance of the concrete is in the range of 3.5-28.0 MPa,the concrete's strength will be reduced greatly after disturbance,so by using functional concrete accelerator the disturbance period can be shortened effectively.Anti-crack and toughening admixture can be used to control cracks on the surface;self-healing rate refers to the capacity to restore or enhance the performance of concrete after disturbance by reducing the internal micro-cracks caused by disturbance in the growth process, concrete self-healing rate can be improved by adding expansion agent.
