碳酸锂对硫铝酸盐水泥水化特性和强度发展的影响 被引量:40

摘要 研究了碳酸锂(Li_2CO_3)对硫铝酸盐水泥凝结时间、水化历程和强度发展的影响.结果表明,Li_2CO_3可大幅度加速硫铝酸盐水泥的凝结,显著缩短硫铝酸盐水泥的水化诱导期,提高硫铝酸盐水泥早期水化放热速率和水化放热量,但降低后期的水化放热量;Li_2CO_3降低硫铝酸盐水泥后期强度,这是由于掺入Li_2CO_3后,水泥水化早期生成的致密水化产物层包裹了水化矿物,从而使得后期水化进程被延缓所致. The influence of lithium carbonate(Li2CO3) on setting time,hydration process and strength development of sulphoaluminate cement was studied.The test results show that the setting process of sul-phoaluminate cement is notably accelerated,the hydration induction period is significantly shortened and exothermic rate and accumulative heat are increased during the early hydration process,but the accumulative heat during the late hydration process is lowered by adding Li2CO3.Meanwhile,the late strength of mortar is lowered because the dense hydration product layer is fromed by adding Li2CO3 that wraps up the hydration mineral,so that the hydration process of sulphoaluminate cemen at the late age is hindered.
