摘要
利用气体和材料表面碳分子的不同活性,对一种含碳量为0.40%的中碳钢进行成分梯度处理,并对成分梯度处理后的试样进行不同温度下的回火处理,回火处理后的材料具有良好的强度和伸长率。拉伸断口形貌表明,材料的断裂为韧性断裂。采用的热处理成分梯度处理方法是一种制备成分梯度钢铁材料的新方法,这种方法也为马氏体钢的大压下加工提供了一个实用手段。
A steel with 0.40%C was processed using different activity of carbon molecules in processing gas and materials to achieve a graded composition in steel. The tempering treatment for composition-graded steel was carried out. The tensile test results show that the tempered steel has good comprehensive property. The fracture morphology indicates that the fracture is toughness fracture for all samples tempered at different temperature. The method to achieve composition-graded materials by heat treatment is an effective and new technique. This method is also a practical means to process martensite steels with large reduction.
