摘要
主要研究经不同处理的镁合金试样在氯化钠溶液中的耐腐蚀情况,并通过对比微观形貌、腐蚀产物以及腐蚀液pH值的变化,深入研究镁合金耐腐蚀保护措施及其效果。结果表明,在相同腐蚀环境中,各组试样的腐蚀类型相同,但是腐蚀速率、腐蚀产物以及pH值的变化等方面却有很大差异,经过特殊处理的镁合金试样的耐腐蚀性能要明显优于铸态试样。
The anti-corrosion performance of magnesium alloy AZ91D by different treatment methods in NaCl solution were mainly discussed, and by comparing microstructure, corrosion products and the changing of pH value, the corrosion protection measures and their effects were deeply researched. The results show that the corrosion types of different specimens are the same, but there are big differences in the corrosion rate, corrosion products and pH values. The anti-corrosion performance of specimens by special treatment is significantly better than that of casting specimen.
