摘要
我国糖尿病发病率逐年增高,糖尿病外周血管病变是严重并发症之一,日益威胁着众多患者的肢体健康。糖尿病外周血管病变的治疗方法主要包括药物治疗,外科手术和介入治疗等。近年来介入技术已经成为其首选的治疗方法。本文综述了目前糖尿病外周血管病变介入治疗的现状,并对其发展做一展望。
The incidence of diabetes has been increasing with each passing year and diabetic peripheral vascular disease has become one of the serious complications,which increasingly threatens numerous sufferers＇ health.of limbs.The clinical therapies commonly employed for diabetic peripheral vascular diseases include medication,surgical procedure,interventional management,etc.With the development of interventional techniques in recent years,interventional management has become the treatment of first choice in dealing with diabetes peripheral vascular diseases.This paper aims to make a comprehensive review of the current situation concerning interventional therapy and to make a forecast about what might be developed and emerged in the near future.
