加氢装置热高压分离器用抗氢厚钢板国产化研制 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了加氢装置热高压分离器用137 mm厚抗氢12Cr2Mo1R(H)钢板国产化的背景和研制技术条件,并对研制过程以及研制厂家对钢板性能的检验情况进行了详细介绍。由设备制造单位对所有钢板的力学性能、化学成分和晶粒度等各项性能进行了复验,并通过专家组成员的共同评定认为,国产钢板替代进口钢板是完全可行的。 This paper introduces the background and technical conditions of domestic development of thick anti-hydrogen(12Cr2Mo1R(H)) steel plate with thickness of 137 mm for high pressure segregator in hydro-treating unit. Meanwhile,it introduces in detail the development process and test on the performance of the steel plate by the researchers of such steel plate. Finally,the dynamic performance,chemical components and crystal granularity are tested again by the manufacturers of the equipment. Through evaluation,members of the expert group reach an agreement that it's feasible for homemade steel plates to replace imported ones.
