摘要
简要分析了轮轨噪声产生的原因,并利用TWINS软件对轮轨系统进行了仿真分析,根据车轮产生的不同模态形式分析了噪声产生的趋势,给出了车轮的断面结构及轮轨接触表面的光洁度等对轮轨噪声的影响。研究表明,增加轨道的阻尼、优化选择直辐板车轮、提高接触表面光洁度等都可有效降低轮轨噪声。
The causes to wheel-rail noise are analyzed,and the TWINS software is used to make the simulation analysis of the wheel-rail system.On the basis of the different modal types of the wheel,the tendency of generation of noise is analyzed,and the effects of the sectional structure of wheels and the surface finish of wheel-rail contact surface,etc.on the wheel-rail noise are given.The research shows that increase of rail damping,optimized selection of straight web wheel and increase of the finish of contact surface can effectively reduce the wheel-rail noise.
