摘要
我们研究拥有两个并联异型机器的一个生产网络。每台机器拥有其自己的工件排队队列,两组工件遵循相互独立的泊松过程依次到达每个队列。每个机器的服务时间相互独立并服从指数分布。当一个工作抵达队列1的时候,这个工件可以通过付一笔安置费而被立即转移到队列2。每个排队中的工件每个单位时间都需要付一笔占位费。系统的控制目标是动态地确定最优的安置策略以保证平均费用最低。提出了一个模糊控制的新方法用以解决这个问题。模拟的结果显示该方法是非常有效并极富研究潜力的。
We consider a production network with two parallel heterogeneous machines. Each machine has its own queue and parts arrive at each queue according to independent Poisson processes.Service time is independent and exponentially distributed. When a part arrives at queue 1, it can be transferred to queue 2 by paying an assignment cost. Each part in a queue has to pay holding cost per unit time. The objective is to dynamically determine the optimal assignment policy, so as to minimize the average cost. A novel approach is presented using fuzzy control to solve the problem. Simulation shows that the approach is efficient and promising.
