摘要
介绍比长基线场在国家经济建筑和科学研究中的作用和意义。重点介绍比长基线场的场地选取和技术设计的基本要求，提出比长基线组合线段的科学设计和检定方法，并对各线段的长度丈量、观测墩定位、标志设置和埋没方法提出了具体要求。
Effecting and significance of the baseline in economic construction and scientific research of the country have been introduced simply. The main point is on locating and the basic demand for planning of the baseline. The scientific design and the inspecting method of the length constitutes have been advanced. Furthermore, the specific claim have been raised for length measuring of every line, locating the observation platform, setting the mark and the buried method.
