摘要
对区域性覆盖卫星移动通信系统的信关站选址问题进行了探讨。从理论上归纳了信关站选址的步骤后， 针对一个区域性覆盖我国国土区域的中轨卫星星座进行了具体分析， 通过仿真和计算提出了几个可行的选址方案，
The method to select earth stations for regional Mobile Satellite Service (MSS) is mentioned. The steps for selection of earth stations are deduced theoretically. With regard to a detail constellation for covering China area, projects for selecting earth station of the constellation are preferred and discussed through calculation and simulation.
