摘要
对某钢厂Cr5锻钢支承辊辊身表面剥落进行形貌分析,用试验手段检验剥落处的金相组织、夹杂物等级、硬度梯度、疲劳层厚度等项目,结合生产和使用数据,得出剥落是疲劳层未完全磨除,过早产生微裂纹并扩展到辊身过渡层造成的。
Analysing the appearance of surface spalling of Cr5 forged steel back-up roll barrel in a certain steel works,testing the metallurgical structure,class of inclusion,gradient hardness and thickness of fatigue layer in spalling area,in connection with production and application data,conclude that the surface spalling is produced due to in completely grind out the fatigue layers,which caused the premature initiation of fine crack and propagation to the transition layer of roll barrel.
