转轴锻件的热处理

摘要 通过对试制中影响转轴锻件质量的主要因素进行分析,提出控制措施,指出该转轴锻件制造重点应为优化热处理工艺。试制结果证明,对截面差较大、碳当量较低材料的锻件经适当热处理后获得均匀的组织及较高力学性能是可行的,对转轴锻件进行热处理的工艺方法是行之有效的。 Through analysing the main factor affected on forging rotor quality in trial fabrication,giving the control measures and pointing out that the key point of forging fabrication is optimization of heat treatment.The result of trial fabrication proves it is possible to obtain the uniform structure and higher mechanical property of forging with bigger difference between relative section sizes and lower carbon equivalent after the proper heat treatment.
