摘要
自升式海上钻井平台是目前海洋工程装备中的主流海洋平台,其中的升降系统是自升式海洋平台的重要部分,研究了解升降系统,对于开发自升式海上平台具有重要意义。
The jack-up offshore drilling platform is the leading unit of offshore engineering equipment at present,moreover,the jacking system is the important part.The study and knowledge of the jacking system are significant for developing the jack-up offshore drilling platform.
