摘要
作者利用X-射线衍射法测定了PF尼龙Ⅰ号和尼龙1010在五种热历程下的结晶度,并且定量地研究了结晶度与抗磨性的关系,为控制工艺条件以提高尼龙的结晶度、增强其抗磨性提供了科学依据。试验结果表明,在五种热历程下,PF尼龙Ⅰ号的结晶性能与抗磨性均比尼龙1010的好。两种尼龙的抗磨性均随结晶度的提高而提高。
The crystallini-ties of PF nylon I and nylon 1010 have been determined by means of X-ray diffraction method after five different thermal histories. Quantitative study on the relation between jcrystallinity and wear-resistance presents a theoretical basis for controlling processing conditions to increase the crystallinity and wear-resistance of nylon.The experimental results indicated that both crystallization behavio.ur and wear-resistance of PF nylon I are better than those of nylon 1010., and the wear-resis tance of both types nylon are improved with the increase of their crystallinity.
