摘要
本文利用外部经济理论和信息不对称理论对国际贸易中环境壁垒产生的原因进行分析;分析了环境壁垒对中国农产品出口的影响:农产品食品安全问题成为制约我国食品出口的主要原因;环保意识的增强使消费者对食品安全及环境指标的要求越来越严格;贸易保护主义影响我国农产品出口。提出了积极推进标准化认证,转变生产模式及观念,及时掌握国外新的法律法规等中国农产品突破国外环境壁垒的对策。
This article analyzes the causes of environmental barriers by using of external economic theory and asymmetric information. Then this article analyzes the influence of the environmental barriers on the export of Chinese agricultural products ： The safety of agricultural products has become the main barriers to the export of food, with the awareness of environmental protection, the consumer＇s requirements on food safety and environmental standards becomes more and more stringently, trade protectionism impacts the exports of agricultural products. And then offers the counter-measures to this issue, such as implementing standardization of certification, mastering foreign new laws and regulations, as well as changing production patterns, etc.
