摘要
以机床滑动结合面动态特性测试装置关键部件连接桥板的优化设计为例,研究了利用构件之间相对动柔度对机械结构进行优化的理论和方法。首先提出相对动柔度系数概念及其计算方法,并以相对动柔度系数为优化目标,对连接桥板进行优化设计,经过设计后的桥板动刚度远大于被测结合面动刚度,符合设计要求。该方法的提出为同一系统中两个或多个有相对动刚度要求的构件设计提供了一种新设计方法。
By taking the optimization design of the connection bridge hoard which is the major component of the sliding joints dynamic characteristics test equipment as an example, the paper mainly researches the theory and methods of optimization design for mechanical structures with the relative dynamic flexibility as the de- sign variable was studied. The concept of relative dynamic flexibility coefficient and its calculation method was proposed, and the optimization design of the bridge board was carried out by taking relative dynamic flexibility coefficient as optimization objective. The dynamic stiffness of the designed bridge board is higher than that of tested sliding joints and meets the requirements of design. The proposed method provides a new optimum design method for the member design of system with two or more elative dynamic flexibility requirements.
