狼疮性肾炎免疫抑制治疗进展 被引量：4

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE）是一种常见的累及多系统、多器官的自身免疫性疾病.肾脏累及最常见,肾活检光镜检测示约90%的患者有肾损害,结合免疫荧光和电子显微镜检测则100%累及肾脏,在我国肾活检病例中占继发性肾脏病首位[1].狼疮性肾炎（lupus nephritis,LN）既是SLE重要的临床表现,也是导致患者死亡的主要原因之一.
