摘要
通过对种质资源主要特征特性的全面鉴定和主要经济性状的方差分析,初步筛选出主要农艺性状和经济性状表现较为优越的种质资源。试验共鉴定烤烟种质资源16份。从主要农艺性状、经济性状方面分析,6401、辽烟十号、辽烟一号的产量和产值较高,且差异极不显著,其上等烟比率、上中等烟比率差异也极不显著。初步认为6401、辽烟十号、辽烟一号具有优质、丰产的基因资源,可为今后育种提供优质丰产的基因资源。
Predominant germplasm was preliminarily screened out in terms of agronomy characteristics and economic characters through observation and variance analysis. 16 germplasm of flue-cured tobacco were evaluated in the experiment. The analysis shows that the yields and production values of Liaoyan 10 and Liaoyan 1 are of high amount and there is no obvious difference between them and there is no sharp difference in first and medium-class tobacco ratio. It is preliminarily recognized that 6 401,Liaoyan 10 and Liaoyan 1 enjoy optimum and luxuriant gene resources.
