摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的乳腺癌患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量均明显低于对照组,观察组上肢感觉减退、皮肤刺痛及复发率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床效果明显,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore clinical result of breast carcinoma by improvement radical correction in retention intercostobrachial nerves.Methods The clinical data of breast carcinoma in our hospital were analyzed,which were divided into detection group and control group.Results The operation time、hemorrhage of operation of detection group were lower than control group,the upper limb decreased、skin stabbing pain and relapse rate were higher than control group,（P〈0.05）,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical result is obviously the prognosis is good.It＇s worthy of Clinical application.
