激素吸入对支气管哮喘儿童辅助性T细胞的影响

摘要 目的 研究激素吸入对支气管哮喘儿童辅助性T细胞（n）的影响.方法 应用荧光单细胞内染色法检测40例支气管哮喘儿童（哮喘组）在激素治疗前后及40例健康儿童（对照组）的外周血单个核细胞Th1、Th2.结果 哮喘组治疗前后Th1、Th1/Th2明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）,Th2明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）;哮喘组治疗后Th1/Th2（0.78±0.22）明显高于治疗前（0.57±0.19）（P＜0.01）,但仍低于对照组（1.04±0.22）（P＜0.01）.结论 支气管哮喘儿童存在Th1/Th2失衡,Th1功能抑制,Th2功能亢进,激素吸人可以调节Th1/Th2失衡.
