摘要
采用辛醇与Ｐ２Ｏ５ 合成磷酸酯，再与多种表面活性剂复配成的渗透剂Ｒ 浊点＞ １００ ℃，耐碱１００ｇ／Ｌ，低泡，渗透力≤５ｓ ；经常州第一绒线厂染色试验，经纱着色增深１０ ％ ～２０ ％ ，染槽液无泡沫，成本低。
Phosphate was synthesized with octanol and P2O5. The penetrating agent R formulated with this phosphate and a number of surfactants has the following characteristics: cloud point >100℃,alkali resistance: 100g/L, low foam, penetrating power ≤5s. The dyeing experiment with it in Changzhou No.1 Knitting Wool Mill proves: depth of shade of warp increases by 10%～20%. Dye bath has no foam.The cost is lower and the general properties are superior to that of JFC.
