摘要
研究了反悬浮法合成聚丙烯酸盐(PAAS) 增稠剂过程中,N ,N - 亚甲基双丙烯酰胺( MBAA) 用量对PAAS 吸水、增稠和流变性的影响。发现随MBAA 用量的增加,PAAS 的吸水性呈先上升而后下降的趋势,并当用量为单体质量的1 ‰时,PAAS 的最大吸水倍率( Qm ) 、吸收自来水、吸收0 .9 % 氯化钠溶液分别高达1200 、350 、100g/g ;PAAS 水增稠体系的触变指数随MBAA 用量的增加而提高:当用量为1 ‰、1 .5 ‰时,PAAS 增稠性下降显著;当用量为2 ‰时,增稠性曲线呈反S 型;当用量为3 ‰或更高时。
A research is made on the effect of the amount of N,N-methylene-bis(acrylamide)(MBAA) on properties of water absorption, thickening and rheology of polyacrylate salt(PAAS) during synthesizing PAAS thickening agent by counter-suspension method. It was found that water absorption of PAAS showed up first then going down gradually with increasing the amount of MBAA. When the amount is equivalent to 1‰ monomer mass, the maximum multiple rates (Qm) of absorption of water, tap water and 0.9% sodium chloride solution of PAAS reached as high as 1200,350 and 100 respectively. The thixotropic index of water-based PAAS thickening en_hanced with increasing the amount of MBAA. When the amount is 1‰, 1.5‰, the thickening property of PAAS de_grade with a large margin. When the amount is 2‰, the curve of thickening property showed a reverse S shape. And when the amount is 3‰, the thickening property degraded slowly.
