摘要
智能交通监控系统采用视频检测技术,分析路面尤其十字路口车辆的运动状况,判别车辆是否发生违规行为。系统以高性能的TI TMS320C6000系列DM6437为处理核心,系统前端的交通违规智能分析单元根据摄像机捕获车辆目标视频进行运动车辆的检测,并对其运动状态进行跟踪,判别车辆是否出现违规行为,例如闯红灯、超速行驶等。作者对系统进行优化之后,在不同环境下进行了测试,其结果表明该系统能实时有效地进行车辆违规行为的检测与监控。
The video-based intelligent traffic monitor system could inspect the behavior of vehicles on the road, especially for the intersections of road. It utilizes the latest high-performance TMS320DM6437 produced by Texas Instruments (TI). This cutting-edge video detection system captures images from the camera installed above the road. Based on the acquired video information, the intelligent analysis unit will detect the moving vehicles, track the movement, classify the odd behavior, e.g. running the red light and over-speed.The system has undertaken a series of optimization to enhance the speed and performance. The experimental results for different scenarios demonstrate that that system is effective in monitoring traffic violation of the vehicle in real-time.
