钻井工程参数测试的小信号放大电路设计 被引量:6

摘要 在钻井工程参数测试中,为了对钻压、扭矩和侧向力等参数进行有效的测试,利用电阻应变传感器作为信号转换器件,通过对传感器输出信号进行分析,设计出相应的微伏信号放大电路。设计应用了高精度的轨对轨运算放大器AD8552作为小信号放大电路的核心器件,经过实验测试,得到了放大电路的实验数据,并利用Matlab软件对数据进行了处理和分析。总体电路放大增益高达80dB,电路抗干扰能力和耐高温能力强,对1μV以上信号放大效果良好,可很好地满足钻井工程参数测试的信号放大要求。 In order to measure drilling pressure, torque and side pressure etc. effectively in the parameter test system of drilling engineering, using the resistance strain sensor as a converter, the microvolt signal amplifying circuit is designed through analyzing the output signal of the resistance strain sensor. This design is applied with high-precision and rail-to-rail OP AD8552 as the core chip in the microvolt signal amplifying circuit. Through experimental test it is obtained with convinced data of amplifying circuit. Moreover, using Matlab software these data are processed and analyzed. The signal gain of the whole circuit is as high as 80dB, the circuit's antijamming competence and thermostability also good justified with its excellent amplifying to the signal above 1μV . Its signal amplifying is satisfied with the parameter test system of drilling engineering.
