摘要
【目的】观察评价GP(吉西他滨,泽菲Gemcitabine联合顺铂Cisplatin)方案联合艾迪注射液治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效。【方法】将52例患者分为治疗组(化疗加艾迪)和对照组(单纯化疗组),治疗组为泽菲(GEM)1 000 mg/m2,第1、8天,顺铂75mg/m2,第1天,21 d为1个周期。连用2～3个周期为1个疗程。艾迪注射液50～100 ml静滴,1次/d,连用15 d为1个周期,休息5 d与化疗同时重复下1个周期,连用2～3个周期为1个疗程;对照组采用Gp方案化疗,剂量及用法同治疗组。治疗1个疗程结束后2周评价近期疗效,生活质量及毒副反应。【结果】治疗组在近期疗效,生活质量均优于对照组,且在毒副反应方面治疗组小于对照组。【结论】艾迪注射液在中晚期肺癌治疗中具有积极意义,可以作为增效及减毒剂配合化疗常规使用。
【Objective】 To observe and evaluate the clinical effects for Combinaed therapy of GP regimen plus Aidi injection on advanced stage non-small lung cancer.【Methods】 52 patients were enrolled in the study and divided into two groups（GP-plus-Aidi group and GP group） randomly,and the GP group was used as a control.The patients in GP-plus-Aidi group were given Gemcitabine injection on the first and eighth day（1000 mg/m2）,and Cisplatin injection on the first day in a 21-day cycle.2 or 3 21-day cycles constituted a complete course of therapy.Meanwhile,in every 21-day cycle,Aidi injections were given to the patients in the first 15 days（50-100 ml,once a day）.The GP group was just given Gemcitabine and Cisplatin as the GP-plus-Aidi group.The differences of therapeutic effects in the near future,qualities of life,and toxic side reactions between the two groups were evaluated two weeks after the complete course of therapy.【Results】 The therapeutic effects in the near future and qualities of life in the GP-plus-Aidi group excelled those in control group;furthermore,the toxic side reactions in the GP-plus-Aidi group were smaller than the control group.【Conclusion】 Aidi injection has positive effects in the therapy of moderate and advanced non-small-cell lung cancer,and it can serve as a synergist and a attenuated agent in a regular chemotherapy.
