摘要
【目的】探讨大计量颅骨牵引对颈椎绞锁脱位的治疗作用。【方法】56例颈椎绞锁脱位患者,在清醒状态下行大计量颅骨牵引进行复位,床头摄片监视复位情况,然后调整牵引计量和位置。【结果】52例复位成功,4例失败,改为手术切开复位内固定。复位后5例椎管存在压迫或颈椎不稳,采用手术治疗。【结论】大计量颅骨牵引治疗颈椎绞锁脱位能有效的防止并发症,降低死亡率,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
【Objective】 To analyze the effects of treating cervical spine locking and dislocation by high weight skull traction.【Methods】 A total of 56 cases of cervical spine lock and dislocation were treated.When the patients were on waken situation,by high weight skull traction,the cervical spines were reducted monitored with X-Ray so as to adjust the weight of skull tract and their positions.【Results】 52 cases were success and 4 cases failed and treated by operation with in ternal fixation.Five cases of them were on operation because the instability of their cervical spines and the profi press of their canalis spinal.【Conclusion】 High weight skull traction is an effective way for protecting complication and low mortality in the injury of cervical spine lock and dislocation.
