摘要
近年来,地球变暖给人类和地球带来的威胁已经越来越受到重视,发展"低碳经济"成为人类对抗气候变化的理想方式。中国作为最大的发展中国家,为了地球环境和自身的可持续发展,开始积极发展低碳经济。在法制方面,中国开始了低碳经济的立法尝试,但是仍存在明显的不足之处。中国应履行相关的国际条约义务,借鉴美国、日本、英国等低碳经济法制先进国家的经验,完善法律体系。
In recent years,the threat to the earth by global warming has been attached more and more importance and the development of low-carbon economy is becoming the ideal countermeasure for the changing climate.China,as the biggest developing country in the world,has been developing the low-carbon economy vigorously for the protection of the world environment and sustainable development for itself.In aspect of legal system,China has attempted to start the legislation progress of low-carbon economy.But until now the legislation of low-carbon economy is far from perfect.China shall improve the low-carbon economy legislation to use the experiences from the USA,Japan,UK and other developed countries for reference.
