摘要
本文基于GTAP和China-CGE模型,考察了发达国家实现农产品技术贸易壁垒对我国经济的影响。结果表明,发达国家的农产品技术贸易壁垒对我国经济存在显著负面影响:它不仅提高我国农产品的出口价格,降低农产品的出口竞争力和出口量,还对我国的就业、工资和贸易条件带来负面影响。并且在长期,它还会导致加工食品、木材与纸制品、运输工具、运输仓储等行业产出和投资的下降。
Using GTAP and China-CGE model, this paper examines the effect of technical barriers to trade of agricultural products in developed countries on China’s economy. The result shows that, technical barriers to trade of agricultural products have significant negative impact on the Chinese economy. It raises China’s export price of agricultural products, reduces export competitiveness and volume of agricultural products. Meanwhile, it has negative effect on employment, wages and terms of trade in China. In the long run, it leads to the decline of output and investment of industries such as processed food, wood and paper products, transport equipment, transport and storage, etc..
